Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for Tenney Park Lagoon Biostabilization at an estimated cost of $100,000. Funding for this project is available in the 2019 Park Landscaping Project (19050-51-200) and the corresponding major project, Park Land Improvements (17421-51-200). The project may also receive funding from FEMA to repair vegetation damaged resulting from the August - September flooding.

BE IT RESOLVED
1) That the plans and specifications for Tenney Park Lagoon Biostabilization, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
