WHEREAS, VH 1000 Oaks, LLC, has satisfactory completed the installation of parkland improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for the Thousand Oaks subdivision (Thousand Oaks Park), located at 9725 Sunny Spring Drive.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said parkland improvements, including  playground, shelter, path and storm sewer be and are hereby accepted.
