Creating Section 28.022 - 00473 of the Madison General Ordinances to change the zoning of properties located at 540-550 Redan Drive and 804-836 Seven Winds Trail, 9th Aldermanic District, from TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District to TR-P (Traditional Residential-Planned) District, and amending the TR-P Plan for the "Acacia Ridge" subdivision.

DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    This ordinance rezones properties located at 540-550 Redan Drive and 804-836 Seven Winds Trail  from TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District to TR-P (Traditional Residential-Planned) District to amend the Acacia Ridge TR-P master plan to replat 39 single-family lots into 53 single-family lots and creating one outlot for a  public alley.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     

1.                     Map Amendment 00473 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00473.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-P (Traditional Residential-Planned) District.

 

Lots 122-130 and 140-169, Acacia Ridge, City of Madison, Dane County Wisconsin. Said described area contains 4.86 acres, more or less.”

 

                     2.                     That the master plan for the Acacia Ridge subdivision is hereby amended to include the additional land area zoned TR-P, as shown on the attached exhibits.
