This ordinance amendment adds a new position of Independent Police Monitor in Compensation Group 21.  It is projected that this position will be placed in range 18 with an estimated annual salary of $125,000.  See Legistar 60617 for further background on the proposed Office of the Independent Police Monitor and Police Civilian Oversight Board.
