DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  This amendment will amend the minimum and maximum stepback setback on East-West streets on block 13.b. of Urban Design District 8 from 15 feet to 5-20 feet.

This Substitute was created to revise the Title and Drafter’s Analysis to correct “stepback” to “setback.”
