Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes Arts & Literature Laboratory, Inc. as the fiscal agent for Aedan Gardill for his 2020-2021 Art Grant project. Funding of $1,500 for this project was previously approved by adopted RES-20-00392 (File ID 60372) on May 19, 2020. No additional City appropriation is required.

Body
WHEREAS the Common Council approved the 2020-2021 Art Grant Program awards on May 29, 2020 (Resolution No. 60372, RES-20-00392), and in that resolution authorized a grant to Aedan Gardill for his Revealing Science Project; and
WHEREAS, since that time, Aedan Gardill has indicated he needs to use a fiscal agent and would like to utilize Arts & Literature Laboratory Inc. as the fiscal agent for his $1,500.00 grant award with Aedan Gardill completing project work in adherence to the Conditions/Comments of the adopted recommendations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby approves Arts & Literature Laboratory Inc. to be the fiscal agent Aedan Gardill’s project as follows: " Arts & Literature Laboratory Inc. on behalf of Aedan Gardill” and authorizes the Planning Division Director to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Madison to effectuate said grant upon countersignature of the Finance Director and approval of the City Attorney.
