Parks staff will brief the Commission on the work that has been completed to date to evaluate the building and its potential future uses. Parks staff has been working with City Facilities Management staff to develop an RFP that would allow the City to hire professional consultants to provide additional expertise on design of building mechanicals to adaptively reuse the building.
