As requested, attached in the PDF is a chart outlining the 177 recommendations put forth by the Madison Police Department Policy & Procedure Review Ad Hoc Committee. Since the OIR Report was released in late 2017, MPD has been working to evaluate the recommendations and implement appropriate changes to department policy, training and operations.
