Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the West Transfer Point Concrete Joint Repair-2020 at an estimated cost of $54,000. Funding is available for this project in the 2020 Adopted Operating Budget for Metro (Munis Acct 85100-54425). No additional City appropriation required.

Body

The concrete located in the west transfer point has several areas that are failing and in need of repair.  Spot repairs will be made while maintain bus and pedestrian access during construction.

 

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for West Transfer Point Concrete Joint Repair - 2020

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
