The City of Madison Parks Division has received a request from Welton Enterprises, Inc. for the installation of a public sanitary sewer through Cardinal Glenn Park (“the Park”) located at 426 Pine Lawn Parkway. This project will install a new sanitary sewer line running from the existing sanitary sewer located within the Park to Briar Haven Drive. This new line will serve the Two Points Crossing Development. This new line will be constructed by Welton Enterprises Inc. through a private developer’s agreement with the City of Madison, and will be turned over to the City upon acceptance of the improvements. This proposed sewer is necessary due to limits in City’s sanitary sewer capacity in this area of the City.
