ARACELI ESPARZA (15th A.D.) - appoint to a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Esparza is the communications manager at the Dane County TimeBank. She is also the executive director of Wisconsin Mujer, LLC. Ms. Esparza succeeds Danielle A. Dieringer.
