Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution amends the 2020 Adopted Capital Budget for the Water Utility by authorizing a net-neutral transfer of existing budget authority across various project and program budgets. The proposed resolution transfers budget authority from existing Water Main Replacement - Pavement Management, Water Main Replacement - Reconstruct Streets, Water Main Rehabilitation and Water Mains - New major program budgets into specific or standalone project budgets to better align with the corresponding projects in the Engineering budget. The resolution also transfers existing budget authority between specific projects to reflect scope adjustments and current water main replacement priorities.
