Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution awards the contract for Toepfer Avenue, Holly Avenue, Euclid Avenue and St. Clair Street Assessment District - 2019 at a total cost of $4,834,610, including contingency. Funding is provided by General Fund GO borrowing in the 2020 Adopted Capital Budget for Engineering - Bicycle and Pedestrian Sidewalk and Pavement Management Programs (MUNIS 12930 and 11744, respectively). No additional appropriation is required.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidder contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
