Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Birchwood Point, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Birchwood Point - Phase 7.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Blooming Leaf Way from N Line of Lot 71 to Meandering Way

                     Meandering Way from 155’ W of Blooming Leaf Way to E line of Lot 66

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11419 by $12,282.13 for a useful life of 40 years.
