Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents and authorizes receipt of bids for citywide repairs, replacements, and new installations of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and concrete pavement patches for 2020 at a total cost of $360,000. Funding is provided by the Sidewalk and Pavement Management programs in the following project accounts. No additional appropriation is required.

Body
This citywide program provides repairs, replacements, and new installations of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and concrete pavement.
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter, and Concrete Pavement Patches, Citywide Installation and Repair-2020, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
