The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00434 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00434. The following described property is hereby zoned Amended PD (SIP) Amended Planned Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 13940, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 2.99 acres of land.” as the legal description for this request.”
