Review of MGO 32 proposed ordinance amendment to allow for automatic rent abatement eligibility when tenants must evacuate their untenable dwelling due to an order from Building Inspection. In these situations, amendment will also allow tenants to qualify for 100% of their rent if rent abatement is awarded.
