I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
MADISON METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE DISTRICT BOARD
ELIZABETH A. BOOKLAND (20th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Commissioner (Alder or Resident). Ms. Bookland is a retired clinical director and former business owner. She has a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Bookland was an active member of her church in New York, serving on the church council and successfully managing a thrift shop and food pantry. She succeeds James L. Martin.

SUSTAINABLE MADISON COMMITTEE
SAMUEL J. DUNAISKI (20th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a two-year term to the position of Member. Mr. Dunaiski currently holds the First position and has served since 7-24-2018. He succeeds Kyla Beard.
