Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes a renewal of the cooperative agreement with the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC) to investigate water resources within Madison via the Dane County Cooperative Water Resources Monitoring Program in 2020 at a total cost of $19,600. The 2020 Adopted Stormwater Utility Operating Budget Purchased Services line (84125-54645-00000) includes funds for the payment to CARPC. No additional appropriation is required.

RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreement 2020 Renewal with the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission for the investigation of water resources within the City of Madison through the Dane County Cooperative Water Resource Monitoring Program. Said agreement renewal covers the period of January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Financial Director be authorized to make payment to the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission in accordance with the Cooperative Agreement. Said payment to be made from Account No. 84125-54645-00000.
