DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This amendment will rezone property at 1213-1229 South Street to support private parking facility for proposed medical clinic to be located across South Street.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00423 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

"28.022-00423.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:

 

Lots 1-5, Block 3, Grand-View Addition to South Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 31,626.7 square feet, or 0.73 acres, more or less.”
