The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00423 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00423. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:
Lots 1-5, Block 3, Grand-View Addition to South Madison, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 31,626.7 square feet, or 0.73 acres, more or less.”
