Title

Accepting sidewalk improvements and bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract In Birchwood Point - Phase 1, Private Contract No. 2369 (9th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, the MREC VH Birchwood Point, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sidewalk improvements and bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  Birchwood Point - Phase 1.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sidewalk improvements and bituminous surface pavement be and are hereby accepted.

 

2. That the sidewalk improvements and bituminous surface pavement on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     Arbor Mist Pass from W Line of Lot 192 to Sugar Maple Lane

•                     Shady Birch Trail from W Line of Lot 205 to Sugar Maple Lane

•                     Silicon Prairie Parkway from Sugar Maple Lane to E Line of Lot 38

•                     Sugar Maple Lane from N Line of Lot 33 to South Plat Limit

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 10190  $ 99,100.70 for a useful life of 40 years.
