Title

Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in 722 Williamson Street, Contract 7804. (6th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, 722 Williamson, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer and storm sewer by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, at: 722 Williamson Street.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said sanitary sewer and storm sewer are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
