Accepting street improvements constructed by Private Contract in  518-542 Junction Road, Private Contract No. 7583.  (9th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, LZ, LLC dba LZ Ventures has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in:  518-542 Junction Road.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

1.  That said street improvements be and are hereby accepted. 

 

2. That the street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

                     Bike Path from 628’ West of Junction Road to 50’ West of Junction Road

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 10836  $ 12,299.84 for a useful life of 40 years.
