The proposed resolution authorizes the award of Public Works Contract No. 8484, 2020-2022 Semi-Permanent Epoxy Pavement Marking. The total estimated cost of the project is $839,880. Funding is available in Munis projects 12366 and 12368 for the 2020 costs of the project. Funding is included for this project for 2021 and 2022 in the 2020 Capital Improvement Plan.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following low bids for miscellaneous improvements be accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the low bidder contained herein, subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 39.02 of the Madison General Ordinances concerning compliance with the Affirmative Action provisions and subject to the Contractor's compliance with Section 33.07 of the Madison General Ordinances regarding Best Value Contracting:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds be encumbered to cover the cost of the projects contained herein.
