DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance rezones property located at 1835 Wright Street from IL (Industrial - Limited) District to CI (Campus Institutional) District to convert existing building into daycare center and parking for Madison College.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00414 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00414. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CI (Campus Institutional) District:
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 12648, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 3.63 acre (158,299 square feet).”
