DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:    To change the zoning of property located at 6225 University Avenue from NMX (Neighborhood Mixed - Use) District to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential - Urban District 2) District to facilitate construction of four-story, 53-unit apartment building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00413 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential - Urban District 2) District:

 

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 8227, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 0.98 acres (42,661 square feet).”
