Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the 2020 Greenway Restoration Contract. The total estimated cost of the project is $83,500, including $1,500 for restoration of the Southwest Bike Path Culver Replacement at Waite Circle (MUNIS project #12481), $12,000 for restoration of the Jacobson-Furey Pond (MUNIS project #10314), $8,000 for restoration of the Portage to Eastpark Path (MUNIS project #11785), $32,000 for restoration of the Sauk Creek Greenway - Tree Lane to High Point (MUNIS project #10985), and $30,000 for restoration of Spring Harbor Greenway at Masthead (Nautilus Pong Reconstruction) (MUNIS project #11399). Funding is available for these projects.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 2020 Greenway Restoration Contract, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
