Parks management will be working with the Parks Division’s Equity Team to create a work group assigned to complete an Impact Analysis of the Municipal Golf Program and potential changes to it. The analysis is normally completed using an established toolkit framework that is attached to this legislative file. The Parks Division has been doing this work and following this process since early in the City’s implementation process. An example of an early completed comprehensive version for the Brittingham Park playground project is attached to the legislative file. The plan is to have the work group complete an initial assessment to share with the Task Force in December.
