RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Daniel Guerra was first appointed to the board of the Community Development Authority of the City of Madison on July 19, 2011; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Guerra has served as the chair of the Community Development Authority of the City of Madison since June 2018; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Guerra has demonstrated tireless commitment to economic and social opportunities for marginalized and vulnerable residents of the City of Madison; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Guerra has been an unwavering champion for equity and public transparency in CDA operations; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Guerra has been instrumental in the positive development of many vital projects affecting Madison neighborhoods, including The Village on Park.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the members of the Community Development Authority express their great appreciation to Mr. Guerra for his many years of dedicated and successful service on behalf of the low-income families served by the CDA and all of the residents of the City of Madison.
