Assessing Partial Benefits for Ronald Reagan Avenue, John Wall Drive and Merchant Street Assessment District - 2017. (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, the construction of partial improvement(s) on Ronald Reagan Avenue, John Wall Drive and Merchant Street Assessment District - 2017 has been completed; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the abutting property is to pay the amount per the attached schedule of assessments; and,
WHEREAS, the street lighting assessment costs will be finalized after the installation is complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sums so charged to the abutting property be and are hereby assessed and levied upon said property payable by the owners of the lots or parcels of land benefited as determined by the Board of Public Works, and in accordance with its recommendations, the amount so charged to each of the lots or parcels of land so benefited being as follows, to wit:
