Title
Correcting the 2019 SEED Grant awarded to Food 4 Thought Initiative.
Body
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution RES-19-00318 (ID #54923) on 4/22/2019, authorizing
the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute agreements with the 2019 SEED grant recipients as described in that resolution; and
WHEREAS, the resolution awarded $7,960 to the Food 4 Thought Initiative for a project entitled “Thea’s Table Weekend Food Program”; and
WHEREAS, Food 4 Thought Initiative will be working through a fiscal agent and wishes to receive this funding through the River Food Pantry, Inc. and the River Food Pantry, Inc. has agreed to serve as fiscal agent for these purposes; and
WHEREAS, the amount of funding and the work to be done has not changed from the original approved proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an agreement with River Food Pantry, Inc. as fiscal agent for the Food 4 Thought Initiative for the project entitled “Thea’s Table Weekend Food Program” as described in RES-19-00318.
