I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
ALCOHOL LICENSE REVIEW COMMITTEE
AMY L. WESTRA (18th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Westra is an IT professional with American Family Insurance. She is active in local politics and has occasionally served as a poll worker. Ms. Westra succeeds Kathryn D. Hill.

BOARD OF HEALTH FOR MADISON AND DANE COUNTY
ROBIN L. LANKTON (11th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of City Resident. Ms. Lankton is the Director of Population Health for UW Health. She is involved with numerous organizations, including the African American Health Network of Dane County, the Latino Health Council of Dane County, the Wisconsin Public Health Association and the Healthy Dane Coalition. Ms. Lankton succeeds Murray L. Katcher.

BEN OBREGÓN (13th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Member (55+ Years of Age). Mr. Obregón is a founding member of Centro Hispano of Dane County. He is active with numerous organizations, including serving as vice chair on the board of UMOS, a non-profit advocacy organization. Mr. Obregón succeeds Mary Jo Rimkus.

HEATHER STOUDER - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Management Member. Ms. Stouder serves as the Planning Division Director. She succeeds Natalie Erdman.

She previously served on the City of Madison’s Vending Oversight Committee and Public Market Development Committee. Ms. Larson succeeds Satya Rhodes-Conway.

He is a member of the Transportation & Land Use Working Group for the Dane County Office of Energy & Climate Change. Mr. McCahill succeeds Ashwat Narayanan.

She currently serves on the boards of Olbrich Botanical Society and the River Food Pantry. She is the former president of the Lake Edge Neighborhood Association and ran for city council in the April 2019 elections. Ms. Jenkins succeeds Patrick W. Heck.
