Approving the annual stormwater WPDES bi-annual report to the WDNR. (City Wide ADs)
Body
WHEREAS, The City of Madison has, for the past ten years, obtained and maintained a stormwater discharge permit form the WDNR/EPA; and
WHEREAS, and the City is required as a condition of that permit to provide an bi-annual report to the WDNR; and
WHEREAS, The WDNR has requested that the annual report be approved by the municipal authority (the Board of Public Works and Common Council); and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed the report and believes it represents a correct representation of the work completed on stormwater management by the City in the past year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council approve the bi-annual WDNR/EPA stormwater report.
