Stat § 19.85(1)(c) to discuss and take action, if appropriate, regarding employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically:
i. Act on preliminary recommendation of the Police Chief for promotion of a Police Department employee to Sergeant (effective June 16, 2019)
ii. Act on final recommendation of the Police Chief for promotion of:
1. Police Department employee, Lieutenant (effective June 3, 2019);
2. Police Department employee, Sergeant (effective May 20, 2019);
