The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Map Amendment 00387 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

"28.022-00387.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-V2 (Traditional Residential-Varied 2) District:

Lot 45, Chapel View, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 78,888 square feet (1.81 acres).”
