GRETCHEN R. LOWE (3rd A.D.) - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Resident Member. First appointed 2-28-2017.

ROB PHILLIPS, City Engineer - reappoint to a three-year term to the position of Management Member. First appointed 3-17-2015.

MADISON AREA TRANSPORTATION PLANNING BOARD (MPO)

TOM LYNCH, Director of Transportation - appoint to a two-year term to the position of Metro Transit Representative succeeding Chuck Kamp.

MADISON POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURE REVIEW AD HOC COMMITTEE

GREGORY W. GELEMBIUK (6th A.D.)  - appoint to the position of Member. Mr. Gelembiuk is a scientist in the field of evolutionary biology, ecology and genetics. In addition, he has a background in public health models for public safety and is a member of the Community Response Team - a group of concerned Madison citizens working on policing and public safety issues. Mr. Gelembiuk succeeds Christian Albouras.
