Request from Yuriy Gusev for rental of Highland Manor shelter from 12 PM to 3 PM on the third Wednesday of each month starting May 15, 2019 through May 20, 2020 for Paralympic Biathlon Air Rifle Competition training.

This training will provide opportunities for disabled veterans to prepare for the National Veteran Golden Age Games being held in Madison, WI on June 22-27, 2020.
1) Aldermanic notification is required after approval from the Park Commission and prior to first reservation.
2) Reservation are contingent upon approval of the use of air rifles from Madison Police:
25.06 (1) DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS: No person shall fire or discharge a firearm of any description, or any pneumatic or spring-loaded pellet gun, without written permission of the Mayor or Chief of Police, such permission shall limit the time of such firing and shall be subject to revocation by the Mayor, the Chief of Police or Common Council.
3) Reservations will be made through standard front desk process and standard reservation fees will be paid.
4) All materials will be removed after each reservation. No storage allowed at Highland Manor Shelter.
5) The number of participants in the progam is limited to 16; increasing the number of participants will require Park Superintendent approval.
