Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the Toepfer Avenue, Holly Avenue, Euclid Avenue, and St Clair Street resurfacing, sidewalk, and utility improvement project at a total estimated cost of $4,950,000. Construction is scheduled for 2020. Funding will be included in the proposed 2020 capital budget for Engineering Major Streets within the Pavement Management capital program for the resurfacing of streets throughout the City (MUNIS 10540). Funding is provided by GO Borrowing, Special Assessments, and associated utility funding. The cost of the project is distributed amongst agencies as follows:

Stormwater Utility - $250,000
Sewer Utility - $2,250,000
Water Utility - $650,000

The Board of Public Works and the City Engineer having made reports of all proceedings in relation to the improvement of Toepfer Avenue, Holly Avenue, Euclid Avenue, and St Clair Street Assessment District - 2019 pursuant to a resolution of the Common Council, RES-19-00054, ID No. 54369, adopted 02/05/2019, which resolution was adopted thereto, and the provisions of the Madison General Ordinances and the Wisconsin Statutes in such case made and provided, and the Common Council being fully advised.
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the City at large is justly chargeable with and shall pay the sum of $4,413,872.00 of the entire cost of said improvement.
