The Hawks Landing Neighborhood has had continued flooding with has been increasingly worse in the last 5 years due to high intensity storms. City Engineering has conducted a watershed and flood study to look for mitigation measures to help control the run off and direct in a more effective manner to the ultimate regional retention pond location. This project is being contemplated in conjunction with the larger Lower Badger Mill Creek Pond construction just west of Hill Creek Park.
