WHEREAS, Lucille Madison, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the alteration of a Capitol Square Area planter for an outside seating area by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: 101 King Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That said street and terrace improvements adjacent to 101 King Street are hereby accepted.
