Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the repair and sealing of pavement cracks in 2019 at a total estimated cost of $275,000. Funding for the project is budgeted within the adopted 2019 capital budget for Engineering Major Streets via the Pavement Management program with GO Borrowing.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for Repairing and Sealing Pavement Cracks - Local Streets 2019, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.

 

 4)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute agreements with the adjacent municipalities as needed for cost sharing of the project.
