Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution authorizes increasing a vacant Information Clerk position (#4650) from 0.60 FTE to 1.0 FTE in the CDA Housing operating budget. The annualized cost of the increase is $22,834, including benefits. CDA Housing’s 2019 Adopted Operating budget includes the proposed increase as Pending Personnel within the Salaries line item. No additional City appropriation is required.
