The proposed resolution approves plan documents for the citywide pavement crack repair and seal improvements for 2019 at a total estimated cost of $395,000. The adopted 2019 capital budget includes GO Borrowing within the Engineering Major Streets Pavement Management program and Parks Division's parkland improvements programs for the scheduled improvements.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Repairing and Sealing Pavement Cracks - Major Streets 2019, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
4) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute agreements with the adjacent municipalities as needed for cost sharing of the project
