I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
COMMITTEE ON SWEATFREE PURCHASES
MICHAEL C. KINDSCHI (3rd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of City of Madison Resident. Mr. Kindschi is retired having worked for 36 years with MG&E and 19 years as a realtor. He served six years on the Preliminary Review Committee for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and is a current member of the Wisconsin Court System - Office of Lawyer Regulation. Mr. Kindschi succeeds Jonathan D. Rosenblum.
TERM EXPIRES: 3-31-2021
PLAN COMMISSION
KATHLEEN L. SPENCER (19th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Spencer is a statewide local road coordinator with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. She has a MS in Urban and Regional Planning and worked as a city planner in Louisiana. Ms. Spencer succeeds Maurice C. Sheppard.

URBAN DESIGN COMMISSION
SHANE A. BERNAU (11th A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of Graduate Landscape Architect. Mr. Bernau is a licensed landscape architect with SmithGroup. Prior to that, he spent twelve years with Ken Saiki Design. Mr. Bernau succeeds John A. Harrington.

VENDING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
FORREST (Kipp) THOMAS (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the remainder of a three-year term to the position of State Street Area or Capitol Concourse Resident. Mr. Thomas is a chef currently working for the Sun Prairie School District. He previously owned a restaurant with a sidewalk café and operated a food cart in Madison. Mr. Thomas succeeds Chaitannya K. Agni.
