DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS:  Rezone “panhandle” of PD to TSS to support conveyance to parcels at 1936 and 1938 Atwood Avenue and 110 S. Second Street; 1902-1924 Atwood Avenue remain PD zoned.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

Map Amendment 00358 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the TSS (Traditional Shopping Street) District:

 

A portion of Lot 3, Certified Survey Map 11334, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, hereinafter described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly point of said Lot 3, said point being located along the southwesterly right of way of S. Second Street; thence South 46°18’02” East, 17.13 feet; thence South 36°32’07” West, 440.61 feet; thence North 45°58’41” West, 17.13 feet; thence 36°54’27” East, 440.61 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described area contains 7,547.65 square feet of land (0.17 acres), more or less.
