Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plan documents and authorizes receipt of bids for the 2019 Cured-In-Place-Piping (CIPP) projects of sanitary and storm sewers throughout the City at a total cost of $1,365,000. The adopted 2019 capital budget for the Sewer Utility has appropriated $1.5 million of sewer reserves and revenue bonds for the improvements via the Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation capital program.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for CIPP Rehab of Sanitary and Storm Sewers - 2019, be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
