DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: Rezone property located at 2002 Tennyson Lane/3804 Packers Avenue from SR-C1 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 1) District to CC-T(Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District to construct a four-story mixed-use building with 2,000 square feet of commercial space, 67 apartments, and a second four-story apartment building with 62 units.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
“Map Amendment 00352 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:
Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 13716, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 3.24 acres.”
