WATER UTILITY BOARD
DEB SIMON (19th A.D.) - appoint to a five-year term to the position of Member. Ms. Simon is the former budget & audit manager for the City of Madison, having retired after serving 28 years. She is a School of Hope tutor and volunteers with several organizations. Ms. Simon succeeds Bruce Mayer.
