The proposed resolutiong terminates the declaration of the public works emergency to repair the sanitary sewer in backyards on Langdon Street. Estimated cost of the work is $150,000.

Body
WHEREAS, a Public Works Emergency per Wisconsin Statute Section 62.15(1b), was declared on July 25, 2018 to repair the sanitary main in the backyards of the 10 Block of Langdon Street after it was discovered by City Maintenance Crews to have failed, and,
WHEREAS, the repair has been completed by Terra Engineering and Construction Corporation.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the emergency is hereby declared to be satisfied and is closed and the work is accepted as completed; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the contractor, Terra Engineering and Construction Corporation will be paid in full.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Public Works Emergency declared on July 25, 2018 is hereby terminated.
